Being that we are from the South - where do I begin? The two must have ones have been mentioned - the "ar" sound used in words with no "r" in there anywhere - WARSH instead of WASH - drives me nuts. And adding an S to the end of store names - Wal Marts, Belks, etc. This is Arkansas...where WAL MART (no "s") was created. We should know better. My mother in law always says Belks instead of Belk. Again...drives me crazy.

Here are some more...
DUCK Tape instead of Duct tape. The T should be pronounced. We probably use more Duct tape in the south than anywhere on the planet. We should know this one.
VETINARIAN and VETRINARIAN instead of Veterinarian.
AKS instead of Ask.
BOB wire instead of Bard Wire - again, this is the south, we should get this one right.
EXPRESSO instead of Espresso
LIBARY instead of Library
PROBLY instead of probably.

Ok, that's all I got for now.

I never thought about it until I got into real estate, but Realtor (pronounced "real-LA-tor") as a personal favorite now.
